Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 together with Niacin, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid and Folic Acid belong to the so called Vitamin B complex. They, with the exception of Pantothenic and Folic Acids, contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system. Except Folic Acid, they all promote normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamins B6, B12 and Folic Acid help the normal function of the immune system, while Vitamin B2 protects cells from oxidative stress*.
